Eden Gate was founded by Donald Hayley and Vincent Sauer to solve a problem the global luxury market hadn't quite acknowledged yet... The next generation of buyers care as much about the body that lives in the property as the property itself. We started in Bali; where the climate, costs, and wellness infrastructure made the math work better than anywhere else.

The validation that matters to us comes from owners who’ve held the asset long enough to see what it actually does: yields that match the deck, neighbors they’d introduce their families to, and properties they’d rather keep than flip. Spirit Hills sold out before we opened it to the public. VARA launched with a waitlist that’s still moving. Garden of Life is being structured in a similar fasion. The timeline here is what we’re willing to talk about, but the rest is happening behind closed doors.
